Hi everyone!! I have been really busy trying to get into a routine with our little baby girl. Still working on it haha, I wonder if I will ever get this mom thing down?? It has been a lot of fun having her home though!! We love her so much! And can't believe that she is already 3 weeks old!! The time defiantely flies by!! Before we know it she'll be a month. As most of you know she had jaundice and had to get put under the bili lights :( She is all better now and has become a very alert and happy baby, for the most part :) I can't believe Christmas is almost here!!! I love Christmas so much! Everything about it, the lights, the tree, the music, and the MOVIES!! Also I feel extremely blessed this Christmas season...I feel like I have the most perfect family!! A wonderful, loving husband and a beautiful baby girl, who could want more??? Here are some more pictures of our baby girl!

Baby Skylee!!

As most of you already know baby Skylee came a couple of days early!!! We are so very excited to be able to see her and hold her and finally meet her! She is so precious and the perfect little addition to our family!! I didn't think it was possible to love someone so much! Also having little Skylee has made my love for Karson grow even more which I also didn't know was possible! I have taken some pics of her and I'm sure we will be taking a ton more! I love just looking at her and holding her! She is the sweetest little girl!

1 week and 2 days left!!

Oh my gosh!! I can't believe that there is so little time until I meet our baby girl! I am so stressed with trying to get things ready. I think that I pretty much have everything ready but just can't seem to feel prepared! Maybe thats a natural feeling!? I have a lot of other things stressing me out lately too and on top of that I can't breath and everything I'm able to take is NOT helping! I am starting to feel more and more contractions, feeling a little one as we speak but they aren't close enough together or strong enough yet....Hopefully soon! I think once she's here I'll have a little less stress and I know it will bring tons of JOY into our home! Mommy and Daddy are so excited to meet you Skylee! We love you already!!

3 Weeks Left!!!

We had another appointment today! The baby is doing great! The blood flow through the placenta is AWESOME and her little heart beat is nice and strong! The ultrasound estimated her weight at 7 lbs and 8 oz. At our appointment last week she was measuring at 7 lbs and 13 oz so I'm happy to say that this estimate sounds a lot better. Her "gifted" head has also not grown anymore from our last appoinment which is also good news! Well maybe just for me ;) I am sad to say that I am NOT dialating at this present time. I got told to walk and do some other things to get contractions going so hopefully it works :) I'm lucky to have a sister in law who wants to walk with me :) Thanks McKelle!! We got to see her in 3D for the 3rd time! I feel so lucky to be able to see her so much! She has the cutest chubby cheeks! I can't wait to see her in person!! Heres the pic we got to see today! She is very stubborn when it comes to getting her pic taken....she likes to have her arm and hands in the way but it was the best we could get! :)


Karson and I are getting ready for the baby to get here. I have my hospital bag all packed and ready to go. We have the car seat all ready and hooked up in the car :) and of course we have the baby's room all ready for her!! I took some pictures of the finished room!








We are so excited and can't wait to post pictures of her!!! We'll keep you updated :)

5 weeks and counting!

Time has def. flown by except these last couple of weeks seem to be going by really slow! I am getting more and more uncomfortable which I know is to be expected :) Her movements are more noticeable and hurt a little more when she hangs out in my ribs, which she likes to do often :). She is def. growing like crazy and I can tell. The last ultrasound said that she weighed 6 lbs and 1 oz, and she still has a "gifted" head so our midwife like to put it! I am hoping since she is so big and measuring 2 weeks further along that she'll decide to come early! We'll see :) Another thing about the ultrasound that was incredibly cute is that our baby has hair!! And little fat rolls :) Its amazing what you can see on ultrasounds!! My next appointment is next wed. the 27th and then every week after that! I can't believe she is almost here! We are very excited to meet her!! The pic is of me at 34 weeks :)

7 Weeks left to go!!

We had another appointment the other day! It went really well, baby is doing great! The ultrasound predicted that the baby weighs 4 lbs and 14 oz, a little big for 32 weeks but not to worry. The midwife says that she probably just had a growth spurt. The ultrasound also measured her head and it was also pretty big! After taking the measurement it said that my due date was the 9th of Nov. The midwife didn't change it though, so no worries its still Nov. 25th :) She kicks like crazy these days, mostly when I am sitting still. Kinda crazy that she settles down when I am moving around! I bet she's going to like to be rocked or walked around when she's here!! Also crazy to think about how much I love her already! We can't wait to meet her and hold her!! I have one of my baby showers tomorrow! I am really excited to see everyone! It should be a lot of fun! The only thing that could make it better is if my mom and grandma could come! My appointments are now two weeks apart so my next one is this coming Wed. the 13th. I'll try harder to post something a little sooner :) Here is a pic of me at 32 weeks :)
